Did you spend years chasing a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow?.
Were you stressed working long hours climbing the corporate ladder only to find it was against the wrong wall?
When I started my career I knew I would be happy when I got a top job in Finance. Thirty years later having spent about 12 years as a finance director I was at the top. But I wasn't happy. Something was missing.
My career was not in alignment with my values. I was paying a high personal price to live the life that others expected of me. I was providing for my family but not providing what the needed most. ME I realized that happiness wasn't dependent on achieving success it was within me all the time.
What I needed was more purpose and meaning. I realized that for me success wasn't defined by a title or even by a bank balance but by the ability to align with my own values and to make an authentic contribution
Believing passionately in the innate goodness of humanity and the unlimited potential of the people around me, I set about helping others unlock their potential, unlock what is within them and find the purpose and meaning that will release the happiness within.
I now help high achievers find clarity and motivation in planning the next stage of their purposeful, value driven career.
What fruitless ladders are you climbing?
What are you waiting for to make you happy?
